ACS was engaged to develop a system to manage and administer the global Biotechnology Reagents Business Unit for Novozymes Biopharma AU Limited operating from the Adelaide office. In close consultation with the client, ACS created a complete turn-key solution for the Biotechnology Reagents business. This included:
- Contact characterisation and management
- Communications creation and tracking
- Creation and management of mass marketing lists, labels and e-mails
- Stock Control and Management
- Sales creation and tracking
- Creation of all sales-related documentation
- Creation of all shipping documentation
- Creation of all product-related documentation, Specification Sheets and Certificates of Analysis
- Generation of sales and product reports
- User-specific security and configuration
- Audit tracking of all changes and automated data backup
This system is used daily by multiple users to make sales to over 45 countries and has performed faultlessly since inception. It has been very well received by the client. The client was also very pleased with the professionalism of ACS and with their willingness to develop innovative solutions and be responsive to their needs.
The system developed by ACS for the BIotechnology Reagents Division in Adelaide was considered as the basis for a global Customer Relationship Management system to be used for the entire global Novozymes Biopharma Company.
